ZenToDo is the center of your productivity. Connect your existing stacks and strip away the friction of context switching.
Sync task timing with Google Calendar and keep planning in one place.
Import issues as tasks. Link pull requests to your workflow and track progress from ZenToDo.
Automatic status updates. Notify your team when you enter Zen Mode or crush a major milestone.
Import shared database pages as tasks, use shared pages for AI context and note embeds, and export whiteboards into new Notion pages.
Route task alerts and focus updates into Discord once the launch integration goes live.
Build custom automations and send task events into your own systems.
The current Notion integration is intentionally narrow. ZenToDo only reads pages and databases you explicitly share, and it only writes when you ask ZenToDo to create a new Notion page for a whiteboard export.
Current Features
Import shared database pages into projects, use shared Notion content for AI context, embed linked Notion pages in notes, and export whiteboard summaries into new Notion pages.
Minimum Capabilities
ZenToDo should only request the Notion capabilities needed for those features: read shared content and insert new content for exports. It should not ask for broader capabilities unless the product behavior changes.
Disconnect
Users can disconnect from ZenToDo Settings at any time. If they want Notion-side access removed immediately, they should also remove ZenToDo from their Notion connections or integration settings.
Notion
What ZenToDo accesses
Only the databases, pages, titles, metadata, and content blocks you explicitly share, plus the content you choose to export from ZenToDo into Notion.
What ZenToDo stores
Server-side OAuth credentials and workspace metadata, then any imported tasks, linked page URLs, and exported content that become part of your ZenToDo data.
What happens after disconnect
Future Notion API access stops. Existing imported copies inside ZenToDo remain until the user deletes them or deletes the account.
Need something specific? We are building out the API and webhook layer carefully. Public developer documentation and broader automation support are still in progress.
